Consistently delivering value and engagement to nurture trust in the relationships of your prospects and clients. It pays off like an exponential curve but you will not know if you miss days because the effects do compound.

A lot of word of mouth has to do with you being unique but I think the most important facet is leaving your customer excited that there problem is solved. In fact, your customer would be so excited that they wanted to share the good news with other people.

Not because you forced them to but because they want to. This is similar to viral marketing. People share what makes them look good.
